Our Assessments
Two thorough, neuroaffirming assessment pathways for adults, each ending in a feedback session and a written report.
Adult ADHD Assessment
A thorough, neuroaffirming assessment that looks at your background, current experiences, and executive functioning, alongside standard ADHD assessment tools. Includes screening for commonly co-occurring conditions.
Adult Autism Assessment
A comprehensive assessment using the conversational, strengths-based MIGDAS approach, alongside standardised tools measuring adaptive functioning, traits, and masking. Designed to feel comfortable and natural.

Our Approach
Neuroaffirming and Strengths-Based
We describe autism and ADHD as neurotypes and differences, not deficits to be fixed.

Every assessment is conducted by a fully registered psychologist.
Telehealth or In-Person
Available Australia-wide by telehealth, or in person where convenient.
Clear Written Report
A report you can share with a GP, psychiatrist, university, or workplace.

Who We Assess
Our assessments are for adults aged 18 and over. You're welcome to refer yourself · no GP referral is required.
Adults come to us for many reasons: some have wondered about ADHD or autism for years and are ready for clarity, some were missed earlier in life, and some are seeking a written report to access support at university or work. Wherever you're starting from, our psychologists meet you with a respectful, strengths-based approach.
A Formal Assessment vs. a Free Online Test
Free online screeners can be a reasonable starting point, but they're not the same thing as a formal assessment. Here's the difference.
| Free Online Test | Our Assessment | |
|---|---|---|
| Conducted by | An anonymous online algorithm | An AHPRA-registered psychologist |
| Personalised to you | Not personalised | Informed by your history and current experiences |
| Diagnostic outcome | Not a diagnosis | A formal diagnostic outcome |
| Screens for co-occurring conditions | No | Yes |
| Written report | No | Yes, shareable with a GP, psychiatrist, university, or workplace |
| Accepted for workplace or study support | Rarely accepted | Yes |
| Cost | Free | $1,250–$1,520 total, free triage call first |
A free test can be a useful first step if you're curious. When you're ready for a definitive answer and a report you can actually use, that's what a formal assessment provides.
